An anchor audience, with room to expand
A diver-first proposition provides a clear starting point. Desert activities, water sports and dining broaden the appeal to companions, explorers and guests seeking a more varied stay.
Places / Destination concept
Reef. Desert. Beach. One world.
A destination concept with a diver-first proposition, a wider audience of explorers and a connected accommodation, activity and hospitality programme.THE THINKING
Define why this Red Sea destination should matter and who it should serve. Bring diving, desert adventure, beach life and hospitality into a proposition with a clear centre and reasons to stay beyond a single activity.
Lead with the reef and extend the experience across desert and beach. Lodges, tented stays, diving, water sports, a bazaar and dining become parts of one guest world, expressed through the identity, messaging and experience storyboards.
STRATEGY IN PRACTICE
Marsa Taia was developed as a destination concept in which positioning and product reinforce one another. Reef, desert and beach provide both the story and the structure of the proposed experience.
A diver-first proposition provides a clear starting point. Desert activities, water sports and dining broaden the appeal to companions, explorers and guests seeking a more varied stay.
Hilltop lodges, tented stays, a dive centre, beach experiences and food destinations were considered together. The programme gives different guests ways to enter and enjoy the same brand world.
Arrival, the bazaar, camping life, water activities and sunset dining form a sequence. The storyboards show how the destination can change in pace and atmosphere while remaining recognisable.
The identity and tagline condense the experience into a simple reef–desert–beach idea. The messaging is grounded in the proposed programme rather than relying only on generic resort language.
