The opportunity

Define a distinctive residential proposition and carry it consistently through the ways people discover, understand and experience the project—from the first communication to a broker conversation or hosted visit.

The idea

Build one connected path from awareness to confidence. A clear positioning informs the campaign system; the campaign shapes the content and sales tools; physical brand environments give the story a place to be experienced. WAA’s role spans the strategic framework, creative direction, selected communication assets and delivered activations.

WAA’s contribution

  • Brand and market review
  • Developer and project positioning
  • Messaging architecture and editorial direction
  • Annual activation strategy and campaign playbooks
  • Content, film and visual direction
  • Broker and sales-enablement materials
  • Event branding, production and guest experience
  • Operating calendar, ownership and follow-up framework

STRATEGY IN PRACTICE

The thinking behind the touchpoints.

The work extends beyond individual designs. WAA developed the framework that connects the brand story, campaign purpose, sales conversation and physical experience.

01

A clear brand proposition

Define what Red Hills stands for, how the project and developer relate, and the order in which the story should be told. Translate that into a consistent narrative for marketing, brokers and sales.

02

A purposeful campaign system

Develop three complementary campaign platforms: explain the project, make the living experience tangible, and help interested buyers take the next step. Give each a defined message, creative territory and role in the journey.

03

Creative and editorial direction

Carry the positioning into brochure structure, headlines, captions, advertising directions and film treatment. Establish a consistent approach to imagery, visual hierarchy and the way the brand speaks.

04

Tools for better conversations

Connect broker alignment, project explanations and shareable collateral. Build communication around the questions people need answered, with material suited to first contact, follow-up and a visit.

05

The brand made physical

Extend the same narrative into invitations, backdrops, illuminated signage and hosted environments. The Suhoor gathering and Easter Sunset Lounge bring brand communication into real encounters.

06

A framework for continuity

Structure the content calendar, team responsibilities, approvals and lead-handling journey. Define how activity should be reviewed and coordinated so the work can continue coherently across channels and partners.
